這首歌在一次偶然聽到後，開始非常喜歡。經過一些事情後，我也有了不同的感悟，如果你總是為了別人改變自己，那你永遠不會成功，因為你總是聽取別人的意見，別人說什麼你就覺得是什麼，你把你自己交在別人手上，朋友、感情、婚姻、家庭，所有的一切都掌握在別人手上，他們說你很好，你就開始沾沾自喜，但如果有一天所有的一切都拋棄了你呢?你怎麼辦?生活的意義在哪裡?你發現你總是為了別人做自己不喜歡的事、改變自己，回頭才發現這一切都不是自己想要的，要怎麼面對體無完膚的自己?

所以去做自己真正想做的事吧!為了自己而雕塑身材、了解自己喜歡什麼、做自己喜歡的事，喜歡那個自己愛的你，把命運掌握在自己手上，說自己是成功的，將來闔上眼的那一刻你才不會後悔。
